POLYMORPH
Polymorph is one of a new generation of commercial polymers that have a major impact in model making and prototyping. Supplied in pellet form, it becomes easily mouldable at 62° C.
Heat with water or hairdryer and mould by hand to create prototypes and solve manufacturing problems.

LIQUID POLYMORPH

CUTTLEFISH BONE
Cuttlefish bones have a long history for use in casting metals. A pattern is pushed into the surface of the soft calcium bone to create a cavity into which molten metal such as pewter is poured. Two cuttlefish bones each with a facing cavity are normally used.

This genuine 0,8 mm veneer can virtually be tied in knots, it comes with a paper backing and is ideal for laser/conventional cutting.
Sheet size is 620 mm x 1250 mm supplied rolled, with the grain running parallel to the 620 mm side.

FLEXI-
Manufactured with a series of grooves which run parallel to the 620 mm side, this sheet material is very flexible and is ideal for laminating on a large scale with minimum force required to maintain a a tightly formed curve etc.,

METAL PAPER
This astonishing material can be twisted, formed into various shapes and it will always hold its shape. Formed from 0.02 mm gauge aluminium foil with a matt black polymer coating on both sides.

GEL WAX
This fragrant gel wax melts at 70° C (the temperature of boiling water) so can easily and safely poured into a mould. It can be coloured by adding wax dye.
